This policy explains what personal information ToniBunny collects when you visit or buy from tonitonitoni.co, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are a small business and we keep this simple on purpose.
Who we are
ToniBunny, a sole proprietorship based in New York, United States. Contact: tonitonitonibunny@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our systems or seen by us.
When you browse: your device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from it, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and cookie identifiers.
When you contact us or subscribe: your email address and whatever you choose to write to us.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information such as health, biometric or precise geolocation data.
Why we use it
- To process, produce, ship and support your order
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your messages
- To screen orders for fraud and payment risk
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To send marketing emails, but only if you have opted in — and you can unsubscribe from any of them in one click
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, only with providers who need it to do their job:
- Shopify — hosts our store and processes payments. See the Shopify privacy policy.
- Printful — our production and fulfilment partner. Receives your name, shipping address and order contents so your item can be made and posted.
- PayPal — if you choose to pay with it.
- Google Analytics — aggregate site usage. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Judge.me — if you leave a product review.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes, generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- have it corrected if it is wrong
- have it deleted
- opt out of marketing at any time
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of them, email tonitonitonibunny@gmail.com with the word “Privacy” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity, usually by confirming details of an order you placed.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (your cart, your session) and analytics cookies that help us understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the store may not work correctly without the essential ones. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where required.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
