Orders & shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Everything is printed after you order, so there are two steps. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes another 3–4. Most orders land within a week to ten days.
What does shipping cost?
A flat $4.99 on every order, and free once you spend $65. No surprises at checkout.
Where do you ship?
The United States only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Full details are in the shipping policy.
Can I track it?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility. If it hasn't arrived within a few days of production finishing, email us and we'll chase it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us straight away. If production hasn't started we can usually fix it. Once printing begins the item is already yours — it's made specifically for you.
Returns
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll replace it or refund you, no return shipping and no need to send the item back. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery. Full terms are in the return and refund policy.
Can I return something I just changed my mind about?
Because each piece is made to order, we can't resell it, so we can't take change-of-mind returns. If something isn't right, tell us anyway — we'd rather hear about it than have you stuck with something you don't use.
Phone & AirPods cases
Will it fit my phone?
Pick your model from the dropdown on the product page. If your model isn't listed, we don't have a case for it yet. On the Tech Cases page you can filter by phone model to see only what fits.
What's the difference between clear, snap and tough?
Clear is a see-through back that lets your phone's own colour show, with flexible sides. Snap is a slim one-piece hard shell printed edge to edge — the thinnest option. Tough is two layers, a hard outer shell over a shock-absorbing liner, with a raised lip around the screen. Get the tough one if you drop your phone.
Do they work with wireless charging?
Yes, all of them.
Which AirPods do the cases fit?
Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3 and AirPods Pro Gen 1, depending on the design. The options on each product page show exactly which.
Looking after your things
Are the mugs and glasses dishwasher safe?
Hand washing keeps the print looking new for much longer. The ceramic mugs will survive a dishwasher, but the colour will fade over time. Don't microwave anything with a metallic or gold element.
Are the stickers waterproof?
They're durable and water resistant — fine on a water bottle or laptop. They're not made to be run through a dishwasher.
How do I wash the shirts?
Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Don't iron directly over the print.
Sizing
What size shirt should I get?
Every apparel product page has a full measurement chart in inches and centimetres. The tees run true to size and the crop top is a relaxed fit — size down if you want it closer to the body.

ToniBunny is a small, women-owned shop based in New York. Every design is drawn by hand. More about how it started.
Why made to order?
Nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing gets thrown away because it didn't sell. It costs us a few days of production time, and it means we're not printing hundreds of something nobody wanted.
