These terms govern your use of tonitonitoni.co and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them — they are short by design.

1. Who we are

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access parts of it you are not authorised to reach.

3. Products, images and availability

Our items are printed to order. Product photographs are mockups or samples, and small variations in print placement and colour are normal and expected in print-on-demand production. Screens also render colour differently. These variations are not defects.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit quantities.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where an item is mispriced, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, characters, designs, photographs and text on this site belong to ToniBunny and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy or resell our designs, or use them commercially, without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in the artwork on it.

AirPods and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Samsung is a trademark of Samsung Electronics. Champion is a trademark of HBI Branded Apparel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review or send us photos, ideas or feedback, you grant us permission to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

8. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party sites and relies on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Review their terms before using them.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
